Voicemail type in System Status say "none" 1

Hi

After a power outage, IP Office (9.1.7) will not sync with the voicemail pro server. I have run the new fw.bat file to be safe.
the voicemail pro client logs in and "sees" the IP Office, however, the IP Office will not sync up.

Any thoughts are appreciated.

What type of voicemail? windows, apt server?

If resetting the voicemail password doesn't work in security settings then on the vmpro. Try this


DTE into the phone system
Running hyperterminal or putty
And perform a security reset all function

Then reenter the password in security settings
The renter the password on voicemail pro
