I have a customer that has lost the ability to smoothly transfer incoming calls that have been forwarded to her extension from another extension and be able to put them back into the other person's Voicemail Box. They wer using the vm ext. (XXXX**____(other extension)), The custome is routed to her VM box and not the VM Box needed. Any assistance would be greatly appreciated. The started about a week ago, to my knowledge nothing has changed on the VM system.
