Voicemail transcribed to email or text

We have a hearing impared employee who would very much like voicemail.

Does anyone know of a product or service that would transcribe voicemails to text or email?

Google Talk transcribes voicemails. I suppose you could forward them off site for voicemails (leave msg action calls a google voicemail#) and it will transcribe them and send you an email. Though, it can be a little flakey.

Thanks for the response. Yes we tried that. Google voice transcription is...not very good.

Doesn't Voicemail Pro still support TTY? You could get a TTY/TTD (device for the Hearing Impaired) which connects to an analog port.
