voicemail to email

We have a Mitel 3300 with nupoint build 19.1.1.4.01

We had it configured to send voicemail to email.
We upgraded the Exchange server from 2007 to 2013.
We changed the ip address and port to match the new server but the voicemails don't go to email like they should.

Any details we might have missed?
 
If you are using Advanced UM there were significant changes at Exch2013 and it was broken for the most part.

SMTP forward should still work

Thanks - I configured the SMTP forward for one mailbox and it worked like a charm. But people want me to get the Advanced UM working with Exch2013...
 
AdvancedUM works with 2016 and Office365

I never got it running on 2013 and don't even try at this point.

We finally got this to work - I don't know all the details because I am not the exchange guy in my company. But I know he did not implement the recommended throttling settings. The last thing we changed before it started to work was to make sure the LDAP settings were correct.
