VM Pro 9.0.4.0 Build 18 / IPO 9.0.4.0 Build 965

Voicemail to email will not send. I have all the SMTP settings in IPO. I have an email added to the user. I do get alarms sent (phones disconnected, invalid logins, etc) I just can't seem to get the voicemails to send to the email.

Any help would be great.

Not really telling us much.
Who is the email provider? Are you using TLS, SSL?
Did you check the smtp logging in vmpro to see what it tells you?

Hah didn't even notice that. Yeah, settings for vm to email for vmpro are in the vmpro client. The settings in IPO only work for alarming in this case.

I am using a gmail account. Port 587 SSL, but it does send email alerts from IPO using that config, just not voicemail to email.
 
Ok, I will configure VMPro to relay to an internal SMTP server. Thanks

That would be better. What info do I use under the SMTP Receiver tab? I have the SMTP sender configured, but not sure about the other tab. Thanks
 
None. VMPro is not receiving emails.
