I have a customer with an ip500v2 on 10.0.0.4 b5. Its a control unit with a combo card, a pri card, and 2 phone 8s. There is also a dig 30 expansion. Voicemail is embedded intuity mode. There are about 60 extensions and 15 or so are office staff that need their VMs to go to email. I have voicemail to email set up to copy their VMs to email. The server address im using for vm to email is mail.brighthouse.com. For years, this worked flawlessly. About 2 weeks ago, the emails stopped going through. The customer rebooted the system and vm to email was back to working. They've now been doing this reboot every couple days to get the vm to email working but I want to get the issue fixed and stop limping along like this.
In the comments I'll post 2 monitor captures. The first is a monitor capture right after a reboot while everything is working normally and the 2nd is after a day or two when the emails stop sending. Filters are the exact same.
