Voicemail to Email Question

I have voicemail to email working fine sending an alert to the users email. Customer doesn't want the VM attachments on his Exchange server.
Does anyone know of a way to add a message to the body of that outgoing email. Customer would like to say something within the body of the email like "Please call (xxx)XXX-XXXX to retrieve your message".

If VMPro, you could rattle around in the registry - there are a couple of fields that set the text of subject and body. If embedded, then you're out of luck.
