Voicemail to email on IP office 406 DS 4.2 (23)

Can't seem to get this working. does anyone have a recommended email service to work with this. apparently the current version of ip office does not support domain names for the smtp server address (only IP) and does not support SSL only port 25. i have been trying to use GMX.com since they are one of the few that don't require SSL but i can't connect to SMTP server by IP only (even tested on telnet).

what is everyone else using or a recommendation?

Nevermind. found the issue. their smtp address was changed to 74.208.5.30. works now.
