Voicemail to email not working in R 8.0 (44)

Hi!

I use to set the SMTP on version 7 and it used to work perfectly. Making the correct setting in the Ip route. In the SMTP tab on system tab and so on. Now, That I installed a version 8.0 in an office, doing the same settings is not working at all. I already check the communications on the SMTP email and everything is working fine. Also I already checked the port doing a telnet and it's working perfectly buuut I'm note receiving any email. Somebody know what's going on with this? Thank you in advance.

Ok, I used the Monitor tool on Ip Office and I figure out the following error when try to send the email.

86989mS ERR: SMTP error: " 5.7.0 Must issue a STARTTLS command first. ce10sm2650520igb.1

What can I do with that?

AT first I try checking the secure communication on the preferences>>>security tab but after I try to send a message the system stop working and start to fail all the communications between the manager and the control unit. SOO, to used the manager I have to disable the Secure communications again.

What else can I do? any ideas?
