Voicemail to email not working for groups 1

We ran into some really unusual issue with our IP Office R11, and I was wondering if someone here can help with any insight or assistance.

Voicemail to email is working fine for users, but not for the groups. Emails are sent out okay for the users (that have copy or forward configured), but for group mailboxes emails are not being sent at all. Voicemails for groups are stored just fine, can be accessed through Visual Voice, etc, just not being emailed.

We are running latest IP Office 11.1.2.3.0 build 47, with Application Server running the same matching versions of the stack. Not using one-X Portal, only Voicemail Pro. Application server is running as a VMware virtual machine.

We used to have Windows Server based VMpro, but then migrated everything to the Application Server. The strange issues are happening ever since.

We tried recreating the groups from scratch, and that worked for about a week - emails were sent out, but then they stopped working again. No changes were made to any of the settings, emails for group voicemails just stop, while user voicemail to emails are still working fine.

If anyone experienced similar issues, we definitely appreciate any help.
