Voicemail to email issues

Hi,

My customer has voicemail to email. It's been working intermittently. I have been looking at the Sysmonitor to see if the voicemail to email was successful. How would I know if it went through successfully? Thanks for the help. I am including a brief log:

This makes me think it's working. Are you using VMPRO or embedded? You can use the vmdebug tool to get more info from vmpro, or hell, turn on logging in the vmpro client.

I am using Pro Client. Where would I turn on logging in vmpro client? After adjusting smtp settings, we did get some successful voicemail to emails.
 
There should be an option for SMTP logging in the vmpro client under the email setup. It will log to the "VM\logs" folder. It will log all of the SMTP transactions.
