Hello - running IP0 500 v2 8.1 VMPRO 8.19016

When we receive voicemail to email notifications it shows up as: Voicemail Message (Person > Person) From:WITHHELD - With other systems I have seen it send the number called.

The CID shows up correctly on calls, but not on voicemail to email.

Any help is appreciated!

To add on to this we recently changed our voicemails from stand alone to centralized/distributed - I can't find any reason why it would show up as WITHHELD

Has anyone seen this before?

Have you tried using the other mode - Intuity or IP Office - from what you are using now?

On then system > voicemail tab on the botton you have a setting anonymous is tha option ticket?

I had seen this in an SCN with centralized/distributed voicemail. I never got to trying to find a resolution because the distributed voicemail never kept working correctly, so those sites are now using the unsupported VM configuration of stand-alone systems (with all those related issues). It seemed to only happen in the alerts for messages where calls were received at a distributed site, if I remember correctly.

@Nortel4Ever - Tried in both modes, same result.

@Bas1234 - I was check as anonymous, but I unchecked it and tried again with the same result.

@soflaphoneguy - We have the same thing, the Centralized site shows everything correctly, the Distributed sites show WITHHELD

I suggest to upgrade it all to the latest 8.1.69 for the IPO and VMPro also to the latest 8.1SP5

We plan on doing an upgrade of all sites in the near future, I was hoping someone had a similar problem and fixed it.

Thanks.

The part in red BYINCDISABLED - anyway to enable the incoming?

Thanks!
