Voicemail to Email Basics

How do I just enable the simple email notification for a user without an IMS lic. I am under the impression that this is a feature enabled without a lic or with the Voicemail Pro basic lic. Is this true?

They do not have an exchange server but rather exchange pop connection to their email host.

any advice would be greatly appreciated.

No MAPI Option
Just Account NAme
And SMTP server, Port and username and pw for auth.

Put a valid email address as a account name like voicemail@domain.com

Its WORKING!!!!!

I cant belive it was that alone....

Who knows I been checking so many things but its finally working, takes about 2 sec from the point I hang up to the message notification.
