Voicemail to email stopped working on IP Office 11.0 w/Embedded vmail. We are using O365. Confirmed that port 587 is open and confirmed that the account is good. Was working fine up until about a week ago. Any suggestions?
If reboot didn’t work as joe2938 mentioned, make sure you can ping the smtp ip from the IPO System status. The make sure that the IT didn’t change any thing in the account specially 2fa “Two-Factor Authentication”. Then run a monitor trace with smtp service checked and see what you’ll get.
