voicemail to all users 1

Hello,

We would like to be able to send a single voicemail message and have it delivered to all users' voicemail box. How can this be done in IP Office? Any guides you can point me to?

Only possible with VM Pro, easiest way is using a group set to broadcast the message (tick box)

with VM pro, you can send group (broadcast) VM's one of two ways:

1. create a hunt group, add the desired users, tick broadcast under the HG/Voicemail tab. YOu can now extension dial the group, leave a VM and it will go to all those users.

2. Run VM pro in Intuity mode, then from within a mailbox you can create and use group distribution lists.

Either method requires VM pro.
