Does Avaya offer a license to convert voicemail speech wav files into text (transcription) then to be delivered to the user by email?

Currently using IPO 9.1 with voicemail pro preferred edition.

None of what you've posted in your reply has anything whatsoever to do with original posters question regarding IP Office, and more specifically IP Office release 9.1 which is quite old and Avaya is no longer selling licensing of any kind for it. Your confused robot is just spitting out gibberish including random tidbits about a third party product that happens to work with one of the voicemail servers offered for an entirely different Avaya product.

Posting the output from some computers random hallucinations as a response to someone requesting help isn't helpful. It's just a confusing waste of time for everyone.
 
You version is rather old you may have issues with finding something that works reliably.

Depending on your use case you may be able to find something perhaps a 3rd party application either on the trunk or perhaps 3rd party connection to the IPO.

Theer would be a number of possible solutions, just a couple of ideas AWS, Xima etc
