Voicemail Silence

Hi

We have a problem where voicemail is silent when accessed either by calling a ddi or dialling *17. Using VM pro which has been restarted.

I have been looking on here for a similar problem and someone experienced this years ago but was to do with remote sites/licenses. there are no remote sites and the licenses are valid...Vm pro is running in intuity mode.

Does anyone know how to resolve this please?

I am not sure which update but the new GA of VMPro seems to have fixed it for a bunch of us so far.

As a precaution make sure the time sync and Automatic windows update is off as well. Antivirus can also interfere with the Voicemail and cause some funky problems.

Is your voicemail still giving you problems?

Im not sure exactly what I have done to get to this stage but I am now getting INCOMPATIBLE when dialling *17

I did a repair on VM Pro and tested which didnt resolve, then stopped the services and tried VM lite. which brings me to the stage Im at.

Any ideas why its now giving a beep beep and showing incompatible, rather than silence?
