Suggestions: Disable all Firewalls and anti-virus (Worm protection) programs on the computer that the Manager software is installed on. Under power options, never shut hard drive off and never let system hibernate or go into standby.
Also if connected to the Internet, turn off automatic windows update.
Check to see if V-mail license is still valid. If not valid, v-mail will work for only 2 hours then you have to reboot every 2 hours for v-mail to work.
Start and stop v-mail service.
Start and stop Key Server
Reboot Computer.
Reboot IP Office.
Same response I give everyone on this, especially when they say "everything worked fine unil last week..." , any new DHCP servers on the network, installed by you or the customer, that you forgot about? is there something giving out the IP address of the VM server or the IPO?
First of all thank you on your answers. Today i have installed VCMPRO patch and we will see what will happen.
There are no new DHCP servers... and also teh licence is valid. But i have noticed that there is low space in my C and D disk- around 1GB on each. Could this cause the problem?
Sure this can cause a problem
How long do you store the messages ?
Make some space and degfrag the disks
