Voicemail routing

this may seem simple but is there a way to route users thru different voicemail messages when leaving a voicemail?

so groups of users get a message and options one way and other groups get other options?

That Depends, there are a number of possible ways:
If you have voicemail Pro this could be done on a user by user basis after adding them all in VM PRO by creating the leave sequence for one with a listen task and the given voicemail greeting followed by the beep file (en\mc_00.wav) and then copying the script through all user scripts, or
In the leave sequence for each user point it to a module that gives the approp greeting and then with a leave sequence dump the message back in the callers mailbox, or
Go through the directory on the hardrive, locate greetings and paste in the file renamed to their user name.wav (In IP Office mode).
If voicemail lite then forget it and leave it at the deafault greeting. Other than that, how hard is it really for the users to re-record their own voicemail greetings?

we have VM Pro, it more so that like a member of a sales team if the message goes to their voicemail we play a group message for sales giving them some options, if they then select to leave a personal VM then off to the personal greeting it goes.

Just not sure about how to add the users as you say in the in VM Pro for the leave sequence.

Any further intructions would be appreciated

well figured out that part, just added users to specific start points.

is there a way if you as 1 tfr to another ext, 2 go to voice or 3 to continue holding?

the item 3 is the bit i need help with please

for 3 just tfr back to extension number of the person via TFR task with their extension number in the specific tab
