Is there any small office PBX that offers a voicemail with a web interface? Not looking to spend a lot of money, but the customer is really set on being able to check voicemail through a web GUI and change A.A. stuff with it.

I have put in a bunch of small PBX's and nothing I have ran across will do this...at least not a cheap solution.

Any help or input is greatly appreciated.

LG-Nortel (in the USA called Vodavi-Triad) ipLDK-100.

Actually isn't the U.S. version the Vertical SBX iP 320?

I don't know about the web based administration and the ability to change AA. I know the NEC DSX family works well.

Nortel BCM 50 Release 3.0 has mailbox manager and Call Pilot manager through GUI

Matt,

search google for sipX.. Free sip server with the voicemail interface you may be looking for..

Shoretel! Remote access from anywhere 9as long as you have the IP and password) and the options are easy to use/change.
Additionally,the Call Manager is INCREDIBLE!
You could basically send your calls through the VM to a Call manager and use it to redirect.

Vertical Wave (now part owned by LG-Nortel).
We use Televantge, but that wil be overkill

Most people spend their time on the "urgent" rather than on the "important."

You should look into a NORTEL BCM50e? Small, compact, web, voip, sip, tec. Everything you need built into one machine and can be accessed from anywhere.

Good luck

You should look into IVM from NCH Software. I believe they offer a free 14 day trial of their software as well. I have been using IVM and their virtual PBX system, AXON, for over 6 months now and have had no problems.
