Voicemail programming for Norstar phones 1

This is a fantastic forum...does any one have a copy of the voicemail programming in pdf for norstar phones ie: 7 series...7310s..7324..etc..???

Voicemail programming isn't specific for any particular type phone on the phone system side. What are you trying to accomplish?

Thankyou for your quick response. To be exact would the the programming the phones to its personnel eg; password to voicemails to each person,ah programming the extensions,you know the stuff like call forwarding your extension somewhere else after 3 rings..those are my example..thanks again

In that case you are looking for both installation and programming manuals for the phone system (fwd no answer) and voicemail (mailboxes etc). Unfortunately I cannot send you those manuals due to size restrictions my IT department decided to implement. Here's a couple things that might help.....

To create a mailbox:
Feature 983
Log: 1020000, press OK
Press MBOX
Press ADD
Dial mailbox number desired
Type Subscriber: Press OK
Ext: dial the extension number if it has one. Dial * if this is to be a guest mailbox.
Service Class: Dial 1, press OK
Name: using the dial pad, type in the name
Directory? Press Yes or No
Msg Waiting? Press Yes or No
Outdial: none.
Press * - User should now log into the mailbox using 0000 as default password and initialize the box.

To Reset a Mailbox password:
Feature 983
Log: 1020000, press OK
Press MBOX
Press CHNG
Dial mailbox number
Press RESET
Password is now reset to 0000
Mailbox owner will now need to log into their mailbox using 0000 and change the password
