voicemail problem

ip office 3.0, client can' get into vmail. its running . when dialing *17 system says "dial your access code" instead of "welcome to ip office , dial your ext.........."

customer says they didn't change anything. everything looks ok, help
 
changed source no. to V18 for extension 18. Works but if I dial *17 I can't get " Welcome to Ip office, please enter ext. no. and the # sign,,,,,,,,
 
Sounds like you are seeing the difference between Voicemail Pro in IP Office Mode and in Intuity Mode.

In Voicemail Pro, go to the system preferences where you can change this setting.
