I have an issue, I just cant seem to figure out. I have a customer that runs two companies from the same system. The incoming call routes are separated into 2 different hunt groups. The problem is, all the calls that go into one of the hunt groups, go straight into voice mail. The other hunt group all the calls ring first and then go into voice mail after the set voice mail answer time.

The only way I can get the first hunt group to ring the phones, is to go into voice mail pro, and under that groups leave point, put in a transfer to the hunt group right from the start point. but then, if the calls dont get answered it never goes into the groups voicemail.

Ok, never mind, I figured it out. I guess that is what happens when I am trying to figure out an issue at 4am...

The customers had a hunt group set up for paging everyone, and one of the employees had a set huntgroup to night service button set up. So it caused everyone to be in night service.
