Voicemail Pro Zero out

I have Voicemail Pro Intuity Mode installed. I have setup the Breakout 0 in each users settings in Manager to go to a operator hunt group. When I test this I can press 0 and it will ring the operators but it will only work while the greeting is playing.

Once you hear the beep to leave a message and press zero you get an invalid entry prompt and told to use *h for help.

Is it possible to have zero out even after the recording has started?

My problem is that some people are recording their greetings stating "press zero for the operator" and people are complaining it doesn't work because they are already in the record phase.

Record a slight space at the end of the greeting to give them some time to press it.

Ok thanks everyone, I guess I will get them to rephrase there greetings to enter zero sooner.
