Voicemail Pro Username/Password

Hi,

Is it possible to reset a voicemail pro username/password? One of my clients had an on-site IT guy. He quit and didn't leave the credentials. He not only reset the password, he disabled the Administrator account and setup a new account with a different username. We don't know what the username or password is.

If it is a Windows VM Pro then access VM Pro on the server itself, then no username/password is required.
If it is linux then act as the link provided by oceanSD.
