Voicemail pro service terminated unexpectedly

Greetings all,
I have Voicemail Pro , rel 9.0.2.0 build 41.
I keep getting complaints that no one can call in- they are getting busy signals.
I also get users saying they cannot get into voicemail
When I reboot the Voicemail Pro server- everything starts working.

In the event logs I see " Voicemail pro service terminated unexpectedly"
I do have call recording running on a couple of hunt groups.

Any ideas where to start?

do you have the recovery rule set to restart the voice mail pro service?
 
My apologies, but where do I find where to set "recovery rule?
 
go to services/voicemail pro, and recovery, set to restart service. of course this is for voicemail pro on a windows server
 
Don't think it would hurt to upgrade to a later 9.0 release, 9.0.2 was release over 2 years ago.
