Hello,

Is it possible to reply-all when a voicemail message is sent to several recipients? Not a group, but just several random extensions.

If you know who the recipients are then yes, either using the copy function in visual voice, or forwarding if you are using the audio prompts, both forcing you to manually add all the desired recipients.

I don't believe that there is a function wherein the original "list" of recipients is kept attached to the VM. In Intuity you can create mailing lists, but that resides only with that user's mailbox and is only accessible to them (e.g. outgoing only).

Set them up with voicemail to email and let them email their response out.

I think you can do this with Personal Distribution Lists in Intuity mode.
