Hello,

I am wondering if someone can point me to the correct file that I am looking for. I am looking to see if there is a pre recorded message (wav file) on the SD card that mentions in some way that to the person calling in that the call may be recorded?

1) No.
2) VM Pro Does not use the SD Card
3) VM Pro automatically plays the warning message unless you explicitly turn it off

What equipment do you actually have & what are you trying to achieve?

A Maintenance contract is essential, not a Luxury.
Do things on the cheap & it will cost you dear

In IP Office mode it is listed in the FAQ as aor_00.wav: "warning: your call is being recorded". You could replace this with one second of silence. You should play the message before recording. It's impolite otherwise and against the law in many jurisdictions.

The client was just wanting a message to appear before the call to state they were recording the call and I wanted to see if there was a standard one that I could maybe use but they have decided to just record there own. Thanks for the help guys
