Voicemail Pro - Read Only.

When I access the voicemail through the Pro client, all options are soemente as read. I believe it is a permission issue. Has anyone encountered this problem?

The Voicemail Pro is running on a Server Edition.
 
run as admin

ACSS Avaya Aura Call Center Elite, ACSS Avaya Aura CM and CM Messaging,ACIS Avaya Aura CM and CM Messaging, ACIS SME, ACIS Avaya CM 5.2.1
 
Even logging in as admin options remain as read-only.
 
We just received an email recently that said this was a known issue and there was a patch coming.

 
Haha, it was just a matter of time until they screw up the UCM again.
I am so glad that I only have 1 customer with one and he bought it not from me as I refused to sell any of them.

The problem reported on the "Voicemail Pro", it is not possible to make any client through configuration, all options are as read.
