Voicemail Pro - Problem with Channel 1

We have an IP500 4.2 (14) with Voicemail pro 4.2 (24). We are getting a recurring problem with channel 1 on voicemail where if accessed you just hear very loud buzzing and crackling. Ports 2,3 and 4 are fine. All atempts to stop and start processes don't fix the problem.

A suggested upgrade of the bin file did fix the problem for a couple of weeks and now it has returned.

Any ideas?
 
You need to upgrade to 5.0.15

Reboot the IPOffice.

Thanks guys. We have upgraded to 5.0.15 which seems to have done the trick.
 
it was a common problem on 4.2

we found it all the time and only a reboot would clear it. v5 sorted it.
