Voicemail PRO ports

Hi,

I would like to know if what is the use of voicemail ports in IP office preferred edition Voicemail PRO? How will I compute it? Let say I have E1 trunk with30 channels?

Voicemail ports are for voicemail actions I.e. checking voicemail uses a port , caller in a module uses a port, call recording etc

Is it use in the auto attendant set-up as well? I have 1 E1trunk. How many ports should I purchase?

Yes auto attendant = module

It depends on what your needs are. We have a business with 50 phones and only 4 port vm and another call center with 25 phones and 16 port

You have to evaluate your needs
