I'm new to VoiceMail Pro/Avaya Office Manager. I'll try to make sure I'm using the right lingo.
I'm trying to get VoiceMail Pro to do the following:
1. Incoming Call. While caller holds, VM Pro plays first announcement.
2. Next, plays second announcement.
3. Repeats until someone picks up the call.
I've found the place where VM Pro has the announcement .wav set. I'm pretty sure this is the right place since I was able to change the .wav and then call our number and hear the new message.
I believe the setting to play a second announcement is in Avaya Office Manager. I've done the following:
1. Opened Office Manager > Loaded configuration.
2. Found the HuntGroup I want to change the announcement settings on
3. Selected the 'Announcement' tab > checked '2nd Announcement.'
4. Saved Configuration.
Yet the announcement continues to play only the first .wav set in VM Pro.
The place I'm setting the .wav file in VM Pro is in Groups > [Name of Group]. There's a 'Menu' Action there, which I believe is where the announcements are set.
Hope I got all that right. Any help is appreciated.
