I would like to know why in the VoiceMail Pro, the "menu" action loop indefinitely until we press the configure touch-tone.

There is a solution to escape this loop ?

Yes, but my problem is when you press a touch-tone not configure in the menu action, VoiceMail loop until you press one that is configure in this menu action.

Add a new touchtone - "?" and use it to handle invalid keypresses (for example, transfer caller to the operator)
