Voicemail Pro Not working after power outage

Can anyone advise what I should be looking at to get my IP office Voicemail Pro up again. Phones are working, but no voicemail. We've rebooted the system but still nothiing.

Need answers asap.
 
Is the service running?
Is the license valid?
Is the license dongle (usb or parallel) stil on the voicemail server and active?

Yes, the service is running, the license is valid and the dongle is in place.
When we log in it says it's active and automatic, but nothing.
 
Can you run a monitor trace and dial *17 and post the trace here?

We figured out the IP office and the monitor were'nt seeing each other. Did a stop and restart on both and the database file and it came back up. Thanks for the assist. "tlpeter".
