Hi guys,

I recently upgraded from 9.0 to 9.1 and now when i log into the voice mail pro client the modules are no longer visible.
They must still be there because the auto attendants still work fine, i just cant see them.

Any idea how to make them re-appear?

Thanks

So the old upgrade bug is back again...

I guess you either upgraded via RDP or there were other VMPro client logged on during the upgrade?

Easiest fix: Import the backup you made before upgrading.

Kind regards

Gunnar

You should have a backup so uninstall, remove everything and install VMPro again.
After that put back the backup you made before you upgraded.

BAZINGA!

I'm not insane, my mother had me tested!

All I have ever needed to do was import the MDB file that I made before the upgrade and save and make live. That has always worked.

Crap i never made a backup.. lucky this is my own system and not a clients so i dot mind reinstalling it.

Any other ways if no backup?

You can always try reading the root.vmp.
If that's still intact, the rebuilding is easier.

Kind regards

Gunnar

Is it in "online" mode or "offline mode". It could be as simple as logging into online mode.
