Running IP Office 412 3.0(59), CCC 3.0 and Voicemail Pro 3.0(17) which is the latest and greatest. The problem we are experiencing (and experienced in 3.0(40)) is that changes do not activate after "Save and Make Live" has been selected in Voicemail Pro.

This seems to be after we make changes to a Database function (database Open, Execute, etc) but all changes stop. The Root.vmp file is updated, and I can see the changes are in there but they are not being made active. The only reason I can see is that the Voicemail is waiting for a time when no calls are in queue, etc and that does not happen (very offen if at all).

I had a voicemail system that for some reason a port was getting kept open. I was making changes to the system and didn't realize that the changes weren't going live until later. I then found out that if a port is being used it would not update until the ports were all free.

So in short, I believe the system has to have all of the ports "free" before it will make live the changes, at least from my experiences in the past.

Thanks, I forgot about that. I was used to systems that weren't busy practically all the time.

I see you are using database function.
Is it possible to use a csv file.
I don,t want to do a import in a database, but only wan,t to change the csv every day (because this is a automatic proces).

Since access to ADO compliant databases is achieved through the use of database drivers, I don't think it will connect directly to a .csv file. I don't see an option to select a file, only ODBC drives.

Hopefully that helps out a little.

Thats what i thougt, you need to do a import in a database.

Thanks for the reply.
