Voicemail Pro Looping Issue. 3.2.15 w/patch

Have a brand new 3.2 installtion. IPO is IP412, 4 DS30 V2's, 1 PRI. 3.2.17. VMPro is 3.2.15 with patch installed.

At Random when users login to voicemail, things get reapeated, like "enter extension...", after user enters it, "enter extension..." repeats. Or when logged in, after deleting a messgae, it prompts th user again, "to delete press....." Loging in and out fixes it. Cant seem to identify the issue or duplicate on purpose.

Anyone?

We have the same issue on both my companies new 3.2.15 w/patch IPO systems. We don't have a resolution yet but will update you if we find a resolution.
