Voicemail Pro Issues on 10.1

All,

I have a new Deployment that is running 10.1 (both IPO and VM Pro on 10.1) with Voicemail Pro. When I select the message button it indicates "Voicemail Not Running.

When I launch Voicemail Pro its showing "IP Office (192.168.42.1) - so it is seeing the IPO.

Also, I can play/Record Audio Files to the VM Pro Modules. What gives?
 
Side Note - I have Restarted the Services, Restarted the IPO/VM Pro Server - Nothing seems to work.
 
Have you set the voicemail password in security settings and put in in the VMPro client?

ACSS - SME
APSS - SME
APDS - Unified Communications
ACS - IP Telephony
ACA - IP Telephony
 
Take a look at the voicemail settings in the phone system.
Does the IP address under System - Voice Mail match the IP Address of the Voicemail Pro Computer?
 
Set a password in security settings (mandatory in R10.1) and enable the needed connections.
Set the password in the General Settings (F9) in the VM Pro client
Restart the service and re-connect the client, it should show ten ame of the system it is connected to.
Dial *17 and if connected you get a system prompt, if not then:
Check firewall settings.
Check all relevant setting as can be found in the installation docs.
