Hi All,

I've got a strange one that I can't quite figure out. I've got a SE with multiple expansion 500s. On some, not all, voicemail boxes, when you leave a voicemail nothing shows up in vmpro or on the users phone. However, you can scp into the backend and grab the wav files from the Accounts mail box.

I've tried to restart the server and the service.

I've verified that these users are not moving to different extensions (and therefor not creating a duplicate name in the system).

I've also just tried to chmod the perms on the voicemail box to see if that would fix it.

The only thing that works is to remove the user, save the config and then re add the user. Which is not a feature the client is thrilled about.

They are on 9.1.12

Any thoughts besides the obvious upgrade route?

The message count in vmpro stayed the same, but oddly enough the size went up.

I'll check the debug and sysmon. Thanks for that recommendation.

I just find it strange that this just started to happen when there hasn't been any major change (upgrade to 9.1.12 about 6 months ago.

A common cause of this on Windows VM Servers was accidentely adding a spcae to the end of a username
Have not tried it on Linux yet but could still be a problem
