I have set up the Leave function on some of our users Mailbox's who have DDI's. It looks like this:
START -->>
MENU (here a custom message asks the caller to leave a message or press 1 for the main switchboard)
TIMEOUT (3 seconds)--> LeaveMail
1 --> Reception
The problem is when they wait to leaveMail, the Avaya default message then kicks in, which then says "number 203, is not available blah blah blah."
Obviously at this point the caller already knows who they have called and that they are not available and knows they need to record after the tone, so doesn't want to hear it. Can this be removed or changed so after the 3 second timeout I've set, it just beeps and recording starts immediately?
