Hi ...
I have IP Office 8.1 connected to VMPro 8.1, I've configud a call flow as follow:
from 8:00 AM, all incoming calls rings directly to HuntGroupe
after 6:00 PM. I programmmed a call flow and recored a message to tell the caller to leave a message (Using Condition) and I configured a Voicemail to Email to send any mailbox to the user email.
whats Happend now ???
after 6:00 PM when a caller rings to the company, the VM disconnected the call and the information of the caller send to the user email (the caller number and the date and time of the call).
I check all the configuration on the Manager and VM and not seeing any Problem in setup, any idea to solve this ?
