VOICEMAIL PRO Dial By Name

I have a VM Pro set up, AA answers all calls and says dial if you know the extension or press 1 for Dial by name,
When they press 1, the caller get a message saying Dial first name of the person you need. They here the name and offered to press 1 to accept. nothing happens, dead air and no transfer. Please Help any one we have set up assisted transfer

Did you put a transfer action from the "true" part of the dial by name with a $KEY in the specific action?

Yes, True is connected to Assisted Transfer with a $KEY in the specific action

Don't use assisted transfer, just transfer

The Dial by Name feature was broken in a patch update not long ago. What version are you using?
