We have a client with nine sites in an SCN 500v2 R9.1.4 with centralized voicemail pro. There seems to be 2 possible issues going on.
1st issue is that we are getting intermittent delays on message waiting notification. End users report that they may check their messages and have some that are from earlier in the day or the day before and the light just came on. Or that they will get an email from the VM with the message and the light is not on but when they check the message is there.
2nd issues is less frequent but still occurring. End user will check messages at the end of the day and have nothing new. Come in the next day and have new messages from the day before previous to checking them at the end of the day.
I am sure that I have left out information that would be helpful, let me know if you need anymore details.
Thank you all in advance for any info/help or past experiences.
PS. We are a business partner and have been working with our distributor as teir 2. They don't have any real answers and dont want to escalate this to Avaya as they don't believe that it is going to be a covered event.
