Hi Everyone,
We have been experiencing an issue for quite a while now. The issue is when someone calls into an ext and the ext is not answered the caller will hear a pause before the Vm Pro greeting is played.
From the research and trouble shooting I have done on this problem I have concluded that the problem is when a caller calls an ext the phone will ring 3 times and then transfer to voicemail usually there is an additional ring the caller will hear while this call is transferred. The caller is not hearing this extra ring.
This office is part of an SCN with 5 other offices all using a centralized voicemail. All IP Office systems are running 3.2.53. This issue is only happening at one of the locations in the SCN. The IPO configurations are the same at all locations except for the users and the network and VPN setup between the offices are the same.
Any help with this would be appreciated.
Thanks
John

If I was working this issue, I would upgrade the site you are having the issue with to 3.2.67 and take it from there. At least you'll know if an upgrade will resolve it.

While I agree that an upgrade would not hurt. I do understand why this one office would not be experiencing this issue and none of the others are. I would prefer to find another solution rather than upgrading for the sake of upgrading to hope that solves the issue.
Thanks for the help,
John

Any other ideas out there on what could be causing this? We are running the same version of the IPO in other offices that are using this same voicemail and those offices are not experiencing this issue.
Thanks
John

try running Debug, it might give you a better idea of what the VM is doing.
