Well, this is a first.
IPO 8.1.73, with UC Module 8.1.93
I don't always access this system and changed it from my usual default password and now it's telling me it's suspended. Cannot find anything about "blocked user" or "client suspended" on the knowledgebase, the help file, or my other usual resources... online with the customer as well!
Doh!
Does anyone have any helpful tips as to how I can reset this password/account?
