Voicemail Pro Client Mapi/Smtp

my voicemail pro client will not let me choose smtp or mapi for email protocol. The choices are grayed out.

Ya, it's logged into the server

The only time i have seen that is like andy said when the client is not logged into the server. make sure across the top it says online. if it doesnt go to file then log in
