voicemail pro call route 1

Is this possible?

Call comes on rings a group of phones, if not answered after say 10 seconds call goes to a menu, to ring accounts press 1, to leave a message press 2?

I have messed about on different settings for a while now, started with assited transfer, call list, call route by call status etc, none seem to work, any help on this would be great

Reason for this is, call queiing isnt an option as the call only hits the menu if all phones are busy, thanks in advance
 
If you cannot do Queing.
Turn VM on with a 10 second no answer time.

In your VM add the group and select the Leave mail option.
From the start point create a menu with 1&2 as working touch tones and Add a time out as well.

Point 1 to a transfer option.
Point 2 to a leave mail option for that group.
Point time out to any thing you wish.

If your hardware is still supported, upgrade to 4.0+. Queuing also works for ringing extensions in the 4.0 and 4.1 releases!
 
Great stuff. Needed this as well but in my still queued. Guessed it was the same so tried it. Nice one Provider.
