Ever since I switched our VM Pro Default Telephony Interface form "Intuity" to "IP Office" mode, we have been getting hangup and blank voicemail messages. The "Min Message Length" option is grayed out in IP Office mode, is there a different area to specify the minimum length of a VM when in this mode?

Thanks

stop and restart the voice mail pro services and retest

It has been running like this for 3 months now. I've restarted it multiple times with no luck.

have you tried to switch it back to intuity mode and then again to ip office mode?

I have yes. When I switch is to Intuity mode, it works correctly and we don't get hangup messages. But when I switch it back to IP Office mode, they start again.

My reason for needing it in IP Office mode is so the visual voicemail prompts on the handsets will work.

When I put the system in Intuity mode and click the message button on the handset, it calls the VM server and I have to go through the voice prompts. When it is in IP Office mode, and I click the button, the screen comes up with the number of messages and the message details. I'm then able to scroll through and select the message I want to listen to.

Visual voicemail works in Intuity mode. Be sure to check the Message button allows connection to Visual Voice box in the system/voicemail tab

exactly works great in Intuity mode as omer has stated

But changing to Intuity Mode can only be a workaround and not the real solution for the problem...

Do you have analog trunks? If so, most likely issue is disconnect supervision isn't configured/working on carrier side.
