Hey everyone, I was hoping to get some insight into tags in Avaya Voicemail Pro. Just purchased Xima Chroncicall and the manager wants a report based on tags. Easy enough in IP Office Manager as I can get a tag added onto an incoming call route. However, she wants numbers on the options selected in VoiceMail Pro, I.E. how many callers selection option 1,2, etc. Not sure where I would add these tags?
