Hi ...

If I have in Menu a message says for arabic please press 1 can i add from 1 a connection to new menu in arabuc and recored a new message in arabic and now any one press 1 go to arabic message .

thank you.

Use the "set language" action after a user pressed "1".

I do the following an all my VM Pro systems.
In the %Programs%\Avaya\IP Office\Voicemail Pro\VM\WAVS map there is a map for each installed language, i.e. us, ara, fr etc.
In each of these langage maps I create a new map called "Custom" and I put the custom recorded messages there.
So If you have a main menu you can record a menu message in each language with the same name, i.e. ara\Custeom\MainMenu.wav, us\Custom\MainMenu.wav etc.
In the main menu action you can set the announcement as $LOC\Custoem\MainMenu/wav. The $LOC will hols the value of the locale for that call, it is selected at the beginning by the user when he dialled "1" for Arabic (ara).
This way you only need one call flow for multiple languages.

I hope you get the point
